atari2600land's Blog - Room of Doom for Odyssey²

So I'm thinking about possibly porting the Atari 2600 game "Room of Doom" to the Odyssey² after seeing it in DoctorSpuds' blog entry. I think it would work well except for this change: The "doors" would always have to be open. The grid does not support such tiny openings in it. So I went ahead and made a real-life mockup (a picture of an actual binary I made) and I think it looks good. The guy is sprite 0, the dinosaur will be sprite 1 and the guy's bullet will be sprite 2, and the guard's bullet will be sprite 3. Another thing that would have to change is that only one guard could shoot at a time. At least in the way I imagine the code. The guards are the little men you see in Odyssey² games a lot because, hey, what else would they be? :) So here is said pic. What do you think? Should I go ahead and make the game? Or is it too obscure?
