Notable differences are Dark Chambers, Mario Bros, Donkey Kong Jr, and Scrapyard Dog being harder to find than NTSC; conversely Alien Brigade, Mean 18, Planet Smashers, Ninja Golf, and Midnight Mutants are arguably easier to find. Over here in Australia I've found that Dark chambers, Mario Bros and Donkey Kong Jnr is a lot easier to come by than Planet Smashers and Midnight Mutants. Even titles like Hat Trick and Jinks i see a lot more often over there on Ebay than over here. Even the 7800 HES games that were made over here are very uncommon.
