TeddyBear89
What a great port this is for the Intellivision! Question: Does this game really have all 5 intermissions? I can only reach the third and I am trying to save my disc thumb for other Inty games. This game really takes a toll on my gaming thumb.

I believe it has four intermissions, which is what I thought the original had. By the way, if you like Pac-Man, you may like Christmas Carol, which is available for free in ROM format right now. It started its life as a port of Pac-Man and has some very cool intermissions itself. -dZ.

+DZ-Jay
Yeah, Pac-Man is one of the better arcade ports done back in the day. BurgerTime was another. There is also the Ms. Pac-Man home-brewed port released relatively recently, which is very good and contains all the original boards and cut-scenes. In my opinion, both the Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man ports just lack the "fast cornering" of the original, which sort of makes them feel a bit different during game-play. Other than that, both are very good ports. -dZ.
mr_me
... This game really takes a toll on my gaming thumb. You're pressing too hard. Carefull or you'll wear out the flex-circuit. Edit: I should have asked. What controller are you using: original/sears, model II, intv III, or flashback? The Flashback disc is not as comfortable as the original. The side-buttons, on the other hand, those are murder! But you don't need those for Pac-Man.
TeddyBear89
Thanks for the intermissions clarification. I do my thumb no favors as I am currently using a model II. I do have a nice A/V modded model III that I use to play the best Intellivision games on. Games like Christmas Carol (of which I am a proud and lucky owner of the cartridge)
+DZ-Jay
I just posted videos of all the cut-scenes of Christmas Carol here. It occurred to me that, six years later and they still were not available for anybody to see without having to play and win the game. -dZ.
