Achievement Unlocked: The 125

I was thinking exactly the same thing as Steve... it's now time to fall into the variation wonderland!

Just for your information, the Queen of Hearts - or at least one of her variations - lives in an infamous undergroud garage in Portland, OR

Congratulations!

Congrats Eric, Im still stuck at 123.

Now what? Are you heading down the variations rabbithole?

Maybe just a little digiplay, it wont hurt.

Or try a little Sears, theyre really cool :)

A slippery slope haha.

I'm not much for variation hunting so that's unlikely. I plan to focus on a few condition upgrades for the collection and looking into getting some more homebrews. I'm not going for a complete set of brews but then I never thought I'd have all of the 125 either. We'll see. I figure there are enough new games coming out to keep me chasing stuff for a long time plus there's the Amico on the horizon.

I am going to chase the Atari M Network games CIB since I own a System Changer and I'd like to get the M Network Tron joystick boxed as well. I have a loose one but a CIB version is my new grail as of now. Still, it seems odd to be looking for Atari games after all these years of being strictly an INTV guy, lol.

I inadvertently wound up with a boxed Sears system and all but a few CIB games for it. I don't have much in the way of space so I'm going to sell that off to someone that will appreciate it more. That and liquidating my some 300 or so extra CIB games is my next task. I've already given many away but need some funding for future hunting.

Thanks everyone for the congrats. I am one of the least likely people to complete the set so I hope this proves that any of you can do it as well. I also want to thank intvsteve, humblejack and BSRSteve for the trades that helped me get to 125. It likely would have taken years longer to get there if not for them.

The M-Network set will be fun, though IIRC only a couple are hard to find / expensive. One that really stands out is Star Strike, IIRC.

And yeah -- a complete in box Tron joystick setup would be sweet. Been (very lazily) looking for one of those for years. Isn't there also a French-Canadian version of that?

It seems like there is a French-Canadian version of most things INTV but I have never seen one. I'm just happy the joysticks themselves are quite easy to get. They barely break $25 on eBay and frequently come in new (but unboxed) condition. Plus they look freakin' cool! Just like the the ones on the original stand up arcade machines from the 80's. If you have a System Changer you really need to have a set of them.

I knew MNet Star Strike was a pricey item so that's what I have to save up for next. At least they are out there and not total ghosts like Spiker and LF II.
