How does the Flashback 9 Compare to the portable Atari?

Specifically, how do they compare playing:

 

Empire Strikes Back

WARPDRIVE at 30 FPS

WARPDRIVE at 60 FPS (BW swtich activates the WARPDRIVE)

The Flashback Portable renders the first two very well, but cannot do the third because it cannot render 60 FPS.

 

Hyperkin's Retron77 can do all three, but it is necessary to double click the aspect ratio button to resynch the display periodically.

 

What happens on the Flashback 9?
