SignGuy81
Anyone hear about Telltale closing its doors? I had purchased the full last season of The Walking Dead for Xbox One and had played the first two episodes of that season. The scheduled release according to the in game menu for the 3rd episode was November 6th and I check on the 7th and it still said Coming Soon. So I kept checking every so often and still not available, so I finally decided to look up what was going on and found an article that said they were closing doors, laying off employees and that it was unlikely that the last two episodes would be finished, but they were trying to get another company to hire their employees to finish it out. This is very upsetting seeing as I paid for the entire season and really wanted to see how it played out. The article said they were nearly finished with the 3rd episode as well. I really hope it and 4th episode gets picked up and finished by another company this is just unbelievable. youxia
Apparently a whole bunch of their games, including The Walking Dead, got delisted from Steam. Three cheers for the joys of digital distribution!

Flojomojo
Apparently a whole bunch of their games, including The Walking Dead, got delisted from Steam. Three cheers for the joys of digital distribution! And they're still available in the download queues of anyone who bought them. I probably have multiple unused codes from many Humble Bundles in the off chance someone who wanted to play these games missed them somehow. Maybe they still work. Books, music, and films go out of print all the time, too. "Three cheers for the joys of physical distribution."
boog
I'm hoping for one last Telltale sale on PSN before anything is delisted... they were part of the Black Friday sale last year, so maybe there's still a chance to get the 4 Telltale games that I don't have at a discount. Otherwise, a lot of their games are available as a season pass disc with one episode on the disc and the rest downloaded automatically when playing the disc. Even if everything is delisted the discs should still work. The 'TWD Collection' physical release has everything TWD up to the final season and I think all content is actually on the disc. Flojomojo
I just got this email from GOG. Sucks that this is happening, but it's nice that they're telling people about it, and that perhaps there's hope for bringing them back. Gamemoose
Books, music, and films go out of print all the time, too. "Three cheers for the joys of physical distribution." But at least there may be a chance to buy physical on the second-hand market. Prospects not too good on digital, even with a code.
