In very good and working condition. No keys included, but they are unlocked. ** TAKEN by TheGrandPubaa ** An analog TV Tuner PCI card for PC. Perfect for playing old video games systems on your PC, and recording video for YouTube.. Inputs are: RF, SVideo, and composite.
