I would assume there's an old-fashioned voice you could plug in for the sound you want. Here's a free one https://www.text2speech.org/ You could play with these for modulating your own speech: https://voicechanger.io/ https://www.voicemod.net/ As for turning your voice into a low-bitrate digital sample, I would think there would be zx spectrum tools for that?
