gorfcadet
I know we all have this game in our collection. Aside from Pole Position II, it is probably the most common game owned, but how do you all feel about it? I know PMP has made the original cart all but obsolete, but if we lived in a parallel universe and instead of Pac-Man Plus, Bob was Galaga Guy, would GCC's orginal release have been good enough? I do think it is FAR better than Namco's late NES era release, but nothing from the era beats Tengen's NES release with the strange mazes and short mazes and button controlled Pac Booster and two player simultaneous co-op. That always bummed me out that Tengen/Atari didn't release versions of everything they did for the 7800 as well. Toobin and Shinobi on 7800 would have been in my stack in a heartbeat! Anyway, hope you all are having a great weekend. I do enjoy talking about these games with all of you and creating this excuse to play through everything in my collection. Some of which I would never have played otherwise. I now have played Jinks; I just don't know how I feel about it.
+save2600
Great game, but as you said... made pretty much obsolete thanks to Bob's Pac-Man Collection. Of which I'd still like to get a small-dot Pokey version of.

Bakasama
It's a good port for it's time but after Homebrew with speed up hack (the most well known version in the arcades) added into the game as a option, there really isn't much of reason to get the game other collecting. VintageGamer74
Great review! Remember playing this in the Arcade. Really miss the Arcade experience. Great game!
