Reason being there are two adjustments to be had for this. There is a potentiometer inside the 5200 to the lower left of the power switch that can be turned to adjust this. But...the controllers themselves also have their own calibration that should be performed on while NOT connected to the controller port to get to a starting point before making adjustements to the console itself. If you find that only this one controller has the issue, then it is the controller and you wouldn't want to adjust the 5200's controller calibration and make other controllers suddenly out of calibration and not work either?
