You have to switch the Nes30 Pro off and on again every time you switch game in Retroarch, very annoying...

The only "minus" is the wiimote controller, it has a very good d-pad but small buttons, and his shape is not very comfortable to hold for a long time...

Interesting.  I find the dpad on the original Wiimote is slightly too small, but don't have a problem with the 1 and 2 buttons. =D

The adapter works great, The arcade stick is mapped as classic controller...

The stick is connected to the wiimote through the adapter...

I still use my Wii for the light gun conversions it has, plus it saves me digging out my Gamecube for those Rebel Assault fixes. Oh and my three year old loves playing it.

Can it be used for arcade light gun games in MAME?

I assume your Wii is hardware modded for RGB output? Wonder what it is like compared to component with a really good CRT....

I asked because on newer TV's, if component inputs are included at all, the picture is crap even if is an analog signal that is 480p or better. I tried messing around with my framemeister once with component, and I got a nice picture from my Wii, but there were other issues that I didn't have time to fart around with. The framemeister can introduce noise in the RGB signal.

(yea... CRT... my wife would ring my neck if one came into the house)
