8_is_enuff Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 I have a question about Jag serial numbers. I just sold off my very first Jag box on ebay. It still had the sales receipt from Babbages stapled to the back cover of the manual (Feb 1994). That was one hell of night. I had been waiting a while for Jags to show up in stores... and there they were on a high shelf behind the check-out counter. Anyway, the serial number on that console is K14B006037. Does anyone know what sequencing Atari used from start to finish on the Jag serial numbers? I have another that starts K44 and yet another starting K15. Just wondering.
