Instead of just releasing it as a loose cart with a piece of paper or whatever, I suggest baking this cake a little bit longer by providing a simple manual that tells people how to use the utilities. This should not be that hard to do, in most cases you can locate a text instruction file and curt and paste from that. Additionally even in this thread there are some nice listings and information that could go in a little manual as opposed to just giving people the cart. Oh yeah, I think you would be well within your rights to charge a little more based on a manual.
