Callipygous
quotei dont think germany is easter europe Sorry! This language is ingrained in Americans. All during the communist years, the television referred to "the Eastern Block" and to "East Germany". Only later did I understand that "East Germany" was GDR ( DDR in German) and "West Germany" was FRG. ein dummkopf,

Guy Ferrante
Hi Heaven, Im just wondering about a few things that's not in the FAQ.HTM file: 1) dose the gun swing left and right when a player walks? 2) will it use *.wad files like the PC game if so this would be great for programmers to make added levels. 3) will it also use ems or expanded memory if detected to load more levels to reduce slow sio calls? Thats about it, I also would like to see a demo run at boot up Atari rools! But you already know that Atari8Man
Atari-Jess
remember this isn't DooM for the 8-bit, its a DooM clone called vector, i would be really suprized if it used .wad files.
IceCold
I don't know if it's a fake or not, but it looks really cool for 8 bit.
Atari-Jess
well also, if you read the FAQ you can see that Vector uses Duke 3d levels, so instead of the DooM wads you can use the Duke3d maps (i forget whats the format was called) so there is some hope for the level maker! I cant wait to try it out on my lil XEGS
Heaven/TQA
maybe i should ask fox (the programmer) about the actual status?
Atari-Jess
yeah, you should do that. and if he quits on the project, make sure he releases what he has so that others may continue it. but lets all hope that he is deep into development with VeCTor...
