Tempest Posted October 9, 2003 Share Posted October 9, 2003 As most of you may/may not know, I'm in the process of trying to setup an Atari 8-bit BBS using a real Atari 800XL and Telnet (no long distance calls). Two games I always loved on my friends BBS were Trade Wars and Falcons Eye. Were there any games like this made for Atari BBS's? I know Atari 8-Bit BBS's can't have more than one person on at a time, but I don't think that would really hurt games of this style. While simultaneous multiplayer gameplay was nice, it wasn't 100% necessary (I could go for days without bumping into an online opponent). I think they could easily work on an 8-Bit BBS. Any thoughts?
