Time to liven this board up! Post your own if you know any:

- Games sold outside the United States come in trilingual boxes, and with trilingual manuals (English, French, and German)

- The only game to make use of the (unreleased) voice modem was Ultra Vortek, and the option is still in there (but is hidden)

- Speaking of Ultra Vortek, the original name was Ultra Vortex (with an X). The name was changed because of lawsuit worries regarding the Super Nintendo game "Vortex" by Nintendo.

- The only two games to use the Team Tap 4 Player adapter, White Men Can't Jump and NBA Jam Tournament Edition, are both basketball games.

- In almost all Jaguar games, you can use the Zero button to turn the music on and off. You can also press 1+3 simultaneously while paused to erase the "paused" message. Pressing *+# will reset the game, and hitting A, B, or C while paused will let you change the volume of sound effects, music, or other sound channels (In most games)

- The "JagDuo", a Jaguar with CD-Rom built in, was planned by Atari, but never released

- Missile Command 3D was originally supposed to use the Jaguar VR Headset (also not released... I was really looking forward to this one )

- On the Jaguar 6-button controller, buttons Z, Y, and X are actually the same as buttons 7, 8, and 9 respectively. Also, L and R are the same as 4 and 6... so you theoretically still can play games that were meant for a Pro-Controller! For example, Atari Karts uses L and R for sharp left and right turns, but if you don't have a Pro-Controller, you can use the 4 and 6 buttons instead. This also means that games that use 7, 8, 9, 4 and 6 for things can be used with a Pro-Controller nicely. For example, in Alien Vs. Predator, Z and X will sidestep, and Y will display your map.

- Tempest 2000 has a hidden option to use a rotary controller (paddles)... which you must create yourself using an Atari 2600 driving controller.

- The Jaguar was actually planned as the successor to a 32-bit system Atari was working on called the "Panther". However, progress on the Jaguar was moving along faster than expected, so the Panther was scrapped in favor of the Jaguar. The Panther would have been in competition with the Super Nintendo and Genesis if it had been released.

- By holding the Pause button, you can control the Jaguar cube that appears when you start up the system (use the D-pad and the Zero button to control it)

- Actually, there were many trilingual games released INSIDE the United States.. I have a couple myself.

- The JaguarCD will change the boot title screen (with the Jaguar Logo) to different random "eye-candy" versions... I don't know if this is just for CDs yet, haven't had much chance to try it.
