Information relating to this interesting model was posted in another thread. I believe that the XE was sold for the Arabic market for a few years, but it is very likely that the production run was quite limited. I would say that yes, Arnaud, your computer is very rare. ndary Posted November 20, 2003 Share Posted November 20, 2003 the Arabic Atari was sold in the middle east, it has the same OS features as the regular atari, the only thing that is changed is that the international charecters (german) where replaced with Arabic charecters, to support Arabic software.. in Arabic language (as in hebrew) you type from right to left. the Hebrew ATARI OS has a feature to change the typing direction, so you can type in hebrew language as you do in hebrew type-writer... it also have features to type hebrew in "INSERT-MODE" so you can type a mixed line of English & Hebrew together.. this is a great tool when programming in Basic Nir Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
