Andrewlcox
I just got a pile of Atari stuff and in it was a Parker Bros. catalog. It has The Incredible Hulk, Mcdonald's, and The Lord of the Rings Journey to Rivendell. Where these ever released? Just curious how far they went with these games. Thanks, Andy

khryssun
Lee, I Don't konw Return of the jedi game 2 : Skiff battle. Do you know where to find some advert ? The only other (never released) project I know is Revenge of the Jedi (Game 1 & 2). http://www.toysrgus.com/images-packa/reven...ideo-games.html Is this the same game with an early (or later) project name ? Tempest
I don't know much about the Revenge of the Jedi games, I think they were just mock ups for game ideas (ie. no coding done yet). Obviously Game I became the unreleased Ewok Battle, but I've never seen anything baout that second one. I think everyone just assumed it became Death Star battle which when you think about it doesn't match the picture on the box. As for Lord of the Rings, the screen shot you see is *supposedly* a real screen shot. For years everyone assumed it to be a mock up since it looks suspect, but recently (a year ago?) someone said it was real (maybe the programmer or just someone who worked at PB). I don't know if he's lying or not, but that's what I heard. If there was a actualy prototype I imagnie it would be fairly incomplete since the liscensing battle (who owned the rights to the Tolken books) that ultimately killed the project started early in it's development. TLOTR is second on my all time wanted prototype list. Cloak & Dagger is first (for the 5200 of course).
