+Random Terrain
It looks like not too many people use the 7800 section here, so I'm asking in the 2600 section now. Does anyone know what happened to 7800.com? It was messed up yesterday (only folders) and now it seems to be gone. Did they move, change to a new name and address, or just go out of business? Thanks for your help, D.A.H. from the F of i
Alex
I saw your message, but I don't know what happened to them. It had been only a folder directory for a while now. I heard they were having trouble filling orders, but that's about it.
+Random Terrain
OK, thanks. I see that the folders are still there. I typed in 7800.com instead of atari7800.com. Yep, I'm stupid, if you were wondering.
liquid_sky
found this on their page; hope it will help Dear Dedicated Atarians: I regret to inform you that Atari7800.com has been taken temporarily offline. We are working very diligently to straighten out any outstanding orders and have permanently taken the storefront offline until further notice. As of Memorial Day 2001, Atari7800.com is no longer a member of the AHS as well as our membership has been temporarily revoked. We will be mainly refunding the few outstanding orders that we have failed to fulfill in satisfactory time and deeply apologize to everyone for any inconvenience we have caused. Since we have permanently closed our storefront until further notice, we recommend the following retailers for your Atari needs: Video 61 & Atari Sales - Lance's awesome site. B & C ComputerVisions - Bruce and Cathy's choice Atari products. Best Electronics - More great and rare Atari products. Video Game Source - The best international source for your Atari needs. Deepest apologies, Chuck G If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us at info@atari7800.com.
