If anyone knows where I can get any of the first 8 games put out for the 2600 (the ones with the numbers on the end of the carts, and the box opens from the side like a book)please let me know. I'd also like to know if Atari really sold the system and the games in October 1977 or if it took until December before the system and games reached the stores. I'm trying to create a chronological list with month/year release dates from 1977 to 1984. It's a Telegames Tank Plus E-BAY Item # 1244340197. If this turns out to be another one that was released in 1977, I'll send you a scan of the cart, box and instructions. Someday, if we can get accurate release dates for a good majority of the 2600 titles, we can easily add that information to our database and allow you to sort the rarity guide by date.
