DJMike
Does anyone remember the Michael Meyers "Halloween" game for the 2600? I remember seeing it advertised in Fangora magazine (along with the Texas Chainsaw game). A friend of mine ordered the Halloween game. Kinda cool, we played it all summer but I haven't seen anything about it since then ((83 or 84 maybe).

Snider-man
I ordered my copy of Halloween from Hozer Video several years ago. Slapped a cool label on it (the half-pumpkin/half-skull poster from Halloween 2) and have played it many years since then. I bring it out every Halloween - along with Haunted House and Frankenstein's Monster. Cool 2600 costume party too.
h.e.r.o
I just played Halloween on my emulator about 7 minutes ago for the first time. Pretty cool. Has anyone else had problems with the music on the Stella X emulator? I have Star Wars: Jedi Arena on Atari, and just to check Stella's accuracy, I played it on the computer. The emulator has a REAL problem with music; the Star Wars theme sounds MUCH better on the actual Atari than on the emulator. Anyways, what does that have to do with the Halloween game? The Halloween theme music I love is being butchered by the emulator! I doubt it sounds this bad on the Atari. Does it? I realize the 2600 is no boom box, but Stella X REALLY made the music annoying. DJMike
I remember the music as being pretty true to the theme music. Actually, pretty good by 2600 standards.

I wasn't bashing the Atari 2600 sound system; I'm sure it sounded pretty good. I was expressing how bad the Atari emulators do such a terrible job in recreating the sounds from the original Atari games. Stella X's emulation of the Peter Gunn theme on Spy Hunter sounds like crap, although I'm sure the actual Atari cart does a decent job with the Peter Gunn theme. Same for the Halloween theme here. Just another reason why the emulators don't compare to popping in the actual cart on the Atari. Maybe it was meant to be.
ATARIPITBULL
Once and a while some one on ebay sells this game, and you can usual get it for about $100 to $150.
