Tempest
I'm on it. Another variation for the list. I want it!!!! Actually take a look at the other auctions he has running. There are some odd variations in there. Tempest [ 07-31-2001: Message edited by: Tempest ]
Tempest
I'm guessing Yes because one would have turned up in the US by now. There are lots of odd PAL label variations, I have no idea why. Tempest

Joel D. Park
Good Luck Tempest, let me know how shipping from Austrailia works. I've seen a few things I would like to get my hands on.
Tempest
Atari70's you Weenie!!! You outbid me! I thought you already had one of these. What the heck are you going to do with two? Now you've made my list... Tempest The very unhappy master of prototypes
ren.dhark
Joel, I bought several games in australia and I had no problems. You have to wait one week (with airmail) to get the games. Most of the sellers accept Paypal. Günther
Joel D. Park
ren.dhark, how does Paypal handle the Exchange rate with money. I'm in the U.S.A. will it figure out the U.S. Money vs Austrailian ?? Tempest, I'll keep watching ebay for anohter Mini-golf. Picture I'll email you privately next time. Tempest
Thanks, I'm sure one will turn up eventually. But he still hasn't answered my question, what would you do with two? Tempest
+-^CrossBow^-
Yeah, Atari70s: You need to read and carefully note what the Atari Ethics post has to say on these issues. We typically do not try and outbid each other as that is a semi Atari sin here. We understand and can appreciate your enthusiasm. But remember, you have been educated... Tempest
In all fairness he may not have recognized me. My Ebay ID is my e-mail address (it's a hold over from the early days of ebay and I've never changed it). I was actually thinking about changing it but I'm afraid I'll lose all my feedback ratings. +-^CrossBow^-
Okay valid point there...I will give him that. But he still hasn't answered the question in regards to what he intends to do with having two of them? Rude enough to outbid several regulars on here...much less to do it because you want another one! If he didn't have it..then sure, I could see that at least. Then again the argument can be made that technically he doesn't have to care and Ebay is Ebay. He can bid on whatever he wants. If he is willing to pay the prices, we can't really stop anybody. ren.dhark
Joel, you can pay in US$ to sellers in australia (I also do from germany). They get the money in US$. Hope this helps. Günther
atari70s
HELLO ALL, Sorry to Tempest for doign that i didnt note who was bidding on the auction at the time and didnt till after when i searched though thebidders. i notice his email adress but then wasnt sure it was him. Why would i need 2 of them . The first one i ordered looked ot be like a1986 or 1987 copywrited cart of the game where as the one here looked to be 1982 copwrited year ( collect copytwrited cart varations as stated earlier.) i have already contacted Tempest apologizing about this and if it turns out i do not need the cart due to the copyrigth varation i will be more than happy to let me have it at his max price and bit teh lost (as punishment.) i didnt mean to go out and do that to him . I will apologize here to all in the collecting room. Please do not see me as a mean undfair person or rude. im like the rest of you trying to build a nce collection and remember atari as teh best there ever was. For as why i havent returned his email untill now is cause i didnt notice teh mistake till i saw it when i got hoem from work at 1. so i checked to email the seller and look though the list and noticed him when doing so i emailed him to say im sorry and if i didnt need it i would sell it to him at the reduced price. If you would like can you send me a list of Atariage memebers ebay names so i will be more aware of whos who in bidding on games that i might already own. if you wish any other possible punishments such as suspention from atariage woudl greatly be understood. sorry for any mix up i had or harm done thank you for your time J&P
Joel D. Park
Thansk, I appreciate the explantion.. After paying more attention, I notice that Ebay allready does the exchange for me in the price of the auciton. I normally avioid Foreign auctions at all costs.. But maybe I won't be so hasty any more. I totally love Quelle and StarSoft carts, I will make them mine!!
