Ze_ro Posted August 10, 2001 Share Posted August 10, 2001 Okay, so I've heard quite a bit about how compatible the 7800 is with the 2600, but what about the 5200 with the 2600 adaptor or the ColecoVision with the 2600 expansion module. For that matter, what about the Gemini? (It still surprises me that Coleco didn't get drowned in lawsuits for that one) Since I've never seen any lists of incompatibilities, should I assume they're all 100% compatible? --Zero Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
hurt Posted August 10, 2001 Share Posted August 10, 2001 well i have a gemini and every game that i have tried on it seems to work just fine. the circut for the gemini is complete diff although it does the same thing in the end, and the cart slot uses a standard slot. i think this is why comp's started to use non standard slots like the NES and stuff because they can copyright a slot not the out come of a circuit. anyway that is just some of my thoughts there i have nothing to back that up but it makes alot of sense to me anyhow.
