skyrank
Hello, I'm a programmer and lead artist for a small start up Gameboy color / advance team called SkyRank games. I'm 27 and I've been a 2600 fan since being a kid. I have about 300 different titles in my collection and so on. I didnt know such sites like this exhisted till now. Well anyways what i wanted to know is what is the BEST set of tools - docs for atari 2600 programming. I have dreamed of creating my own 2600 games since i first got my 2600 as a kid. Also if anyone is interested in making a game I can add room to my site to in a way promote it! not to mention gain more support for the project! let me know and if i'm wasting your time i'm sorry. take care. my email address in case is skyrank@adelphia.net (i hope i'm not getting myself in trouble posting my site and email up here. I just want to build some interest in making new 2600 games!)
Snider-man
These are the websites that have the info you're looking for. Doc-wise, I suggest you download the following: Stella Programmer's Guide and Nick Bensema's How To Draw a Playfield. You should also start tinkering with 68xx assembly language again. Hope this helps.
