Plastron
Just wondered if anyone has started to play with the source code for Menace yet?
Tezz
I've certainly been playing with the source. I learnt a lot from the software sprite routine in particular which is very interesting. I've been working on adding new features to the unfinished game .. progress is slow though due to work commitments. I'm progressing along with the intro, levels display, title music and in-game nearly completed. I've revamped the in-game graphics and am going to get the mothership underway next... Godzilla
menace was at some stage for the atari 8 bit? I never knew that! That's awesome. Did psygnosis ever support the atari 8 bit themselves, or was this some other developer farmed out to do a port?
Godzilla
are there any screen shots or graphics samples from the code?

Godzilla
Man, those are some gorgeous look a8bit screens. Shadow of the Beast on the Atari 800... wow, that would have turned some heads! The menace stuff looks great and Plastron looks awesome too. Heck they all look at least damn good :-)
