moycon
Hey guys...and girl. Im having all the luck this year. I was looking thru a box of old audio cassettes at a flea market. I picked out Men Without Hats, Kajagoogoo, and The Vapors. Suddenly I found this at the bottom of the box: I asked the guy what it was and he told me it was a transvibulator and worth alot of money but I could have it for a quarter! I bought it and tried it in all my video game systems. It didnt work in Playstation or Dreamcast but came right up on the Atari 2600!!! It seems to me the game is not finished 100%, The title screen apears not complete. The gameplay itself seems familiar. Does anyone know about this game? If I sell it will I be a rich man? All I know is that it was complete in 1983. Any info will be appreciated!!! Note: The above proto image is from the Tempest archives and is copyrighted but used with permission. If you want to know more about prototypes. Check out a book from your local public library on "Early Prototypes from the 80's Designed By Programmers Who Smoked Weed and Got The Munchies" or visit Tempests website. StanJr
Whoo. There for a minute I thought Tempest's head was going to explode (when I saw that proto pic loading up). Then I read the disclaimer. moycon it is 3am. Go to bed. You are suffering from a bologna-induced trauma.

Junie
I must admit, even after you pulled it before Moycon, reading the story I fell for it I have no idea what a transvibulator is, sounds like something you made up. It isn't listed in my dictionary, I keep one handy for various things. Of course seeing the pictures once I was done with the story told me I had been had. Good story though Moycon, you got me
