Inky
I FINALLY got to level 10 on Buckl rogers, and lo and behold, instead of saying "Level 10" it says "Level BC" (or 8C.. Hard to tell..) What is this? I was thinking hex code, but if that was the case, I'd think that on level 11 it would say something like LEVEL 8D Any ideas? King Atari
Inky, I can honestly say I have no idea what you're talking about. Of course, the highest I've been is level 3, but I'll go investigate this.
Tempest
Yeah that's a known bug in the 2600 version, I have no idea what they were going for. 10 in hex is still 10 (10*16^0 actually). It's not present in the 8-bit version. Tempest
Scott Stilphen
I always thought it was 8C, but BC would make a little more sense(?) Maybe Thomas can look at the code and see if it's a glitch or intentional
Nukey Shay
Maybe a missing SED instruction? That can have unpredictable effects if the program is expecting decimal numbers only.
