+johnnywc
Hello everyone, I am contemplating making the 280 mile drive from Connecticut to PhillyClassic 3. Can anyone tell me a little about what I should expect? I went to CGE 2K1 last year and had a blast; has anyone attended both and can give a comparision of the two? Also - does anybody know what day the Bugs Bunny cart is being sold? If I go I definitely want to try to pick up that one... Thanks,
StanJr
You can expect ME! Yep, yer ol' pal Stan will be there! I'm looking forward to it! For more info you can always go here Since it will be impossible for me to make it to CGE, I'll be more than happy to trade a Bugs Bunny for a Marble Craze. ubersaurus
With luck, myself and a few buddies should make it. And the Vault Assault tournament is mine, the master of blanking out and putting forth full thought into how best to blow stuff up.
atarimastermarty
Can someone get me a Bugs Bunny. I would be more than happy to pick up a cge exclusive for a BUGS BUNNY. Thanx alot guys.
Tempest
I'll be there selling off all my prototypes for a penny a piece... Actually I'll just be displaying and demoing them for curious people. So if you want to see things like the freaky early version of Meebzork this is your chance. Tempest

ATARIPITBULL
You will also see me at the PhillyClassic 3, this will be my first time going there but it sure sounds like fun.
NoahsMyBro
Well, for the 3rd year in a row you'll see me there! And, there's a good possibility of seeing my brother with me (at the show for the first time), and the hit of the fest last year, Nathan! (Nate is my 14 month old son.) I've got to say though, considering the demands of a 3-month old would have been a wise choice on my part last year. As I couldn't really put him down, I was never able to free my hands and actually play anything! Nate was completely wide-eyed in wonder last year. This year, he's already a jaded Senior-citizen and I'm sure he'll just take it all in stride. And if any of you even think of buying any of the goodies I want before I have the chance, so help me you better give me both of the give-away X-Boxes!!! See you in April, Steve
Albert
I've never been to PhillyClassic, so this will be my first year. I do plan on having a table, so I should be pretty easy to find. And with any luck, I'll have some AtariAge shirts to sell. And lots of games to trade. ..Al
Tempest
Lst year was my first time at the Phily Classic and my first time at any video game convention and I had a blast! It was awesome, and everyone was really nice. It was like a more "homey" version of the CGE. It was alomst like a big flea market dedicated solely to classic games with an arcade on side. If anyone was intiminated by the CGE (like I was), you'll feel much more comfortable at the PC. I'll be running a booth with Curt Vendel again this year. I'll be displaying some prototypes and maybe a demo of Cypher. Tempest
+Cafeman
I plan on getting there Friday night and also coming Saturday. I didn't stay nearly long enough last year, and this year's show looks to be twice as big as last year's. I hope there's another Joust tourny.... Joel D. Park
I should be going, I went last year, it was a blast. Be sure you have your pockets full of cash, I spent like 500 dollars last year. (also I'll be beating up people and taking their money so make sure you are carrying 100 dollars I don't want to waste my time.) hehe, just kidding. Cassidy Nolen
Count me in. I will be bringing a Star Wars cockpit, Computer Space, Night Driver Cockpit, Wild Western and whatever else I can get my hands on. I will also bring some copies of 2600 POLO Carts for trade. I have a table as well. I will be hooking up a 2600 to show off some rare carts for onlookers. How many people have ever had a chance to play Quadrun or Chuckwagon? Also should have my Unicart ready by then (plays multiple rom chips by swapping them out). Will be selling a complete Vic 20 setup and maybe a few 2600 packages. Boxed 2600 games and loose. If you guys are up for it, I am trying to plan an after event trip to Dave and Busters in Philly. No classics, but a rockin good time. That would be Saturday night. Let me know. DanBoris
I went to the first one, but missed it last year. I am definitly going this year. I offered to be a volunteer this year so I will probably be helping out with the show. If anyone is a Pinball, that same weekend at the Jersey shore will be theWildwood Classic Pinball Challenge It runs through Sunday and is only about a 2 hour drive from where Phillyclassic is being held. Osmeroid
Well, if there is a PhillyClassic 4 next year, I will be there. I have already started to save-up so hopefully I will see many of you guys in 2003
bergbros
I live about 20 minutes from The Valley Forge Convention so this will not be a problem for me. This will be my first convention. I hope there will be a lot of Lynx stuff as I really am digging the Lynx games and the system. I hope to see all of you who will attend. Maybe we should be wearing name tags with our message board monikers on them.
