Dones
Check out this gadget. It's a parental control box for a slim PS2. Allows 15minutes to 4 hours of game playing time. If you are parent, would you buy this?
JB
Hah! Don't kids usually find a way to bypass those things? And really... how much gaming can you get done on 15 minutes?
MegaManFan
Not like a kid wouldn't just go over to his friend's house, where Johnny has a TV and a PS2 in his bedroom.
Dones
I don't know how it works but it seems to lock the PStwo into the box. The timer must control the power current. If the unit has a reset or master password feature, then it would be useless. I guess there must be a reset button for the unit somewhere that would require taking the PStwo off the unit. classicgamingguy
Hmmm, well, it seems rather useless. As was said, kids are innovative about getting around things like timers and bed times. And it would be just as easy to go next door and play at your friend's house. Not all parents would invest in this, methinks. And it only works for the slimline? Simple way to get around that. Buy the bulky model. Steve
