The worst 2600 company ever?

What do you think is the worst 2600 company ever?

I think it might be these guys.

I think enough has been said. As for companies that DONT Re-release other games, it would be these poor people.

In my opinion they only have one good game, and this is it.

Anyone agree or disagree? (Im not counting Mystique and Playaround, with their pitiful attempts at a porn game. Or at least I think they're pitiful.)

Why do people not like Playaround and Mystique?

I really think that people get the wrong end of the stick *ahem* with these companies. They're not supposed to be erotic, they're supposed to be comical and they are, unlike modern erotica software.

And the games are pretty good, especially 'Knight on the Town'.

Custer's Revenge is obviously beyond the bounds of decency now, but is a product of its time.

Froggo's releases were pretty horrific. I'm afraid I'm not a big fan of Karate. IMHO, the game has got to land in the "Top Ten Most Frustrating Carts of All Time". Not to mention how ugly it is to look at. The other Froggo releases? Cruise Missile, Sea Hawk, Spiderdroid, Sea Hunt.....BLEEAAGGHHH!!!! I think Froggo wins the worst company race hands down.

Mythicon's a close second in terms of terrible. I can remember getting a copy of Sorcerer back in the day, rushing home to play it, and after a few minutes of boredom, scratching my head in disappointed confusion. It is pretty pathetic when a company releases what is essentially the same game with three different make-overs.

Yikes, you actually thought Karate was good?

As for bad companies, Panda wasn't exactly winning any awards. At least Froggo gained some redemption by making some original 7800 games. And of course, pirate companies like Zellers didn't help anything.

How about the worst companies being the ones that just pirated/copied/ripped-off games, without ever making any original concept games at all.

I must agree with all that Mythicon is the worst company 'claiming' to have good original games.

I'll admit that Karate is hard to play, but once you get the hang of it...

As for Mythicon, they are horrible. I have a funny Mythicon story you might like, My dad came home one day with a big box of games. He said "Hey son, I got all these cool-looking 2600 games for only $20!". I think $20 was an over charge because they were all Mythicon games. After playing them for about 10 minutes each, I went back to something else. (Yes, Karate would count as something else.)
