Albert
Hi Tomyou, Unless you have a 2600 that has been modified with composite or S-Video output, you can't use it with a direct video input. However, you can get a fairly clean picture using coaxial/antenna input if you use an F-Type to RCA adapter. You can see more nformation about that here. Hope this helps, ..Al
HawgWyld
Yeah! And that will give you a fantastic picture. I use that for the 2600, 7800 and Odyssey 2 and have never seen the picture look so good on any of those systems. In my opinion, that method is the only way to go -- forget about that leaky, junky RF modulator. quote: Originally posted by Albert: Hi Tomyou, Unless you have a 2600 that has been modified with composite or S-Video output, you can't use it with a direct video input. dwh
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=1353559771 I got one of these 'upgrade' kits a while back and the picture quality got better. You do have to open up the 2600 and plug the cable in, but it comes with instructions(and I was able to install the cable without breaking anything, so it can be done!).
