shawnb
has anybody mastered jumping over the monsters or completed all 3 screens? its fun but sheesh the jumping is tough!
shadow460
I've made it to the fourth board once. Try the 5200 or Apple II versions instead--they rock.
StanJr
the jumping is WAY tricky, but possible. You'll have to find the infintesimally small sweet spot where you don't jump too far or not far enough and land. It also helps to jump when the radioactive pig monsters are just turning around. I've been through all 3 screens in both games and once you get the hang of it, it gets a slight bit easier. Slight.

jpfalcon2003
I just traded for this game, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Thanks for the tips.
Dusk2600
both miner 2049er and miner 2049er part 2 are good games but challenging
Vic George 2K3
At least the programmers tried to convert the original Atari 8-bit computer game for the 2600. Maybe somebody can do the game better, but who knows? I just simply don't like trying to play the 2600 version in either installment. Foxsolo2000
I always held the opinion that the 2600 version of Miner was one of the very worst in game play offered and no matter how hard I tried to like it and volume 2 I just couldn't
