Video Pinball's got my vote-- it's got good flipper and paddle variants of pinball which play better than the 2600 Video Pinball, has Breakout, plus the weird Basketball and Volleyball paddle games.

Never seen a Breakout dedicated system.

Well, I'll be hornswaggled.  The mind plays tricks.  I could've sworn there was one.  I must have conflated the notion with the Video Pinball (the only Atari dedicated console I own), which, of course, has Breakout on it.

Luckily, no one voted for it.

I'm letting Tank stay because Atari made it, even if they made it for Sears.

Cool, too bad tho, that'd be an interesting console to own.  I picked Video Pinball for the reasons described above, great gameplay for all the variations on it.  Stunt Cycle gets my vote for "hippest" looking console, tho I've never played one.
