JamesD
Call me an optimist, but I don’t believe the FB3 project is dead. I’ve been looking at a lot of the old postings on this forum, and I noticed that if a project is dropped there is normally a confirmation from somebody close to the project. I have not seen that confirmation yet. (unless I missed something). I know that there was some kind of deadline that had to be met for production, but nobody close to the project has come out and said if it was met or not. So I say “keep hope alive!” Even if the project has been shelved for now it could be brought back in the future. It doesn't need development, just production. jaybird3rd
I'm planning on buying multiple units, too, if the FB3 ever sees the light of day. From what Curt has told us, it has the potential to be a very exciting, groundbreaking product, and I'm sure I'm not alone in my desire to see it become a reality. +Guitarman
Knowing my propensity for going overboard when it comes to Atari hardware, I will most assuredly buy a good 10 of them, for various uses, hacks, gifts and so forth. How cool would it be to be able to sit and enjoy a new Atari 8 bit system, hack it to do what you want and add to its already cool features. I’m already wiping the drool!!!
