Adam Huemer
seems this company got really big. (I'm not watching nowadays PC market) I remember them as a software house who released really lame games on the 8bit/16bit computers. Witchfynde
If it wasn't on Yahoo news, the whole thing would sound like a really late April Fool's joke to me.

That was a fantastic game, IMHO
Hydian
Sounds like a case of different parties having different pieces of the puzzle to me. That said, if Infogrames did own the copywrite, wouldn't the 1982 Infogrames technically be correct? 1982 is the year of the copywrite and Infogrames is the holder of the copywrite. Atari (until the recent news of the name change) doesn't exist as an entity anymore, correct? Those games are being done pro. I've seen a ton of Ms Pacman/Galaga machines out there too (since Midway owns the arcade stuff it seems pertinant.) If Midway doesn't own the rights to the Atari trademark (and it seems that they don't) then it can't be slapped onto the machine anyway without Infograme's permission. Just my uninformed thoughts.
