SteveW
I saw in the pages of (I think) Retro Gamer Magazine that there's a new Sega Mega Drive type device that's supposed to come out in England that's got Sensible Soccer, Mega lo mania, and Cannon Fodder built-in. It looks the same as the tiny Mega Drive/Genesis units that came out a year or two ago, except it's got more interesting sounding games on it. For those of you in the UK, I was wondering if it's already been released there.
Flojomojo
I thought that Sensi Soccer hidden on one of the Genesis sports packs as well? The 3-pack you're talking about is everywhere. Google "sensible soccer plug play" and you'll see lots of vendors, including: this review: http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/review.php?reviewId=1212 and this offer with a free T-shirt. A bit pricey for me, but if you gotta have your footy game, I guess it's OK http://www.firebox.com/?dir=firebox&ac...ct&pid=1108
SteveW
Well, i'm not a sports game player, but Cannon Fodder is an interesting choice for a plug and play unit. And Mega Lo Mania is a really weird choice.
Flojomojo
Yeah -- I don't think you'd see Cannon Fodder over here in that format. It's pretty sick in a cartoony war kind of way. I'm a little suprised we got it over here. I had the Jag version!
Cybergoth
Well, i'm not a sports game player, but Cannon Fodder is an interesting choice for a plug and play unit. And Mega Lo Mania is a really weird choice. It's pretty simple choices actually, considering that those are the 3 Mega Drive games made by Sensible Software. Songbird
Anyone know if this unit works on NTSC televisions? And is Cannon Fodder a 1-player game, 2-players take turns, or 2-players simultaneous?
