Do you guys think this is would be a good, fast external drive for Windows?

I've read that USB 3.2 is backwards compatible with USB 3.1, so there shouldn't be any issues there, right? After installing Windows 10 on my internal m.2, I'm in agreement with Justclaws that the plugging up an external drive with the OS the way Atari intended is the way to go.
If not, hopefully you guys can recommend something.
