Try it here: Zoop! (Java) I picked it up for cheap from ebay and really enjoy playing it. Even though it's basic it's presented well and has some strange jazzy music as a soundtrack. Very 90s!

I must admit that the red screen of death happens a lot more than I'd expect it to. I thought it was just my Jag until I read that many others have the same issue. Of course with the CD add-on there's no red screen, just the usual VLM bank but with a picture of the back of the Jag with an arrow pointing to the power input, but I know it's an equal error to the red screen. When it occurs I just unplug the cartridge and try again, usually takes about three attempts then it's fine.

I picked up Club Drive cheap secondhand but I was still shocked when the title screen appeared and music started playing. I actually wondered at that point if the game was built using Microsoft PowerPoint! My first Jag experiences were Cybermorph and T2K so Club Drive was a bit of a come down. But hey, with so many years gone by I'm a bit more relaxed about it and play it for purely comedic value. I mean that crazy 'jazz' music *performs muppet dance around room* Powerballs "ALRIGHT!!!"
