      AWESOME!!!

  2. When this happened to me the other day, I used Brave browser and that let me download it.
  3. There was a 2-Player at MGC this past weekend. I thought it was fun, but I made the comment about the cost vs. the $10 steam game to my friends around me. Turns out I was in range the company rep, he came up to me and said "Thanks for the input!" and handed me his card. So yeah, felt a bit bad, but again, wasn't judging the game itself, just the cabinet economics. Looks like it would do well in an arcade.
  4. Yay taxes are done.  Also Boo.

WOOHOO!  Got Mine done too!  (And my Dad's (last time) may he R.I.P.) ...

  5. Didn't they have a court case to legalize pinball tournaments in WI because of some ancient dumb laws? I remember your wife talking about it years ago, having witnesses lined up to play pinball and what not, and it got cancelled or something like that.
  6. Dang, I join the 50 club next month as well! I've passed by the Werewolf games many times back at the Sheraton when it was always in one of the downstairs hallways. Seemed weird, and not really my thing, but maybe I'll try it someday. And yes, I remember when the GG&B room at the Sheraton was an actual hotel room with the furniture removed. They had the bathtub full of ice and PBR. The one this year was probably bigger than our museum room was back then!
  7. I thought it was fun too. However when at the cabinet chatting with folks, I made the comment of "So $6500 for a $10 Steam game I can use with my X-Arcade setup". A guy nearby came up and gave me his card and said "Thanks for the input!", turns out it was his project. Whoops, I felt kind of bad! He was cool about it, I said I was not judging the gameplay at all, just the comparison of cost.
  8. Major accomplishment(?) at MGC was I finally got all the 3DS Puzzle Swap pieces.  That took 10 years.  I may never try to StreetPass again.

  9. Guess we should arrange an AtariAge meeting place next time! Saw a lot of @Tempest and @BassGuitari all weekend since we have things in the museum area. Sadly I missed watching their traditional Atari Football matchup on the 2600 store demo kiosk unit. Met with @Dauber for a few minutes in the Guys Games and Beer room. I finally had the thought to ask @swlovinist where his username came from and got the story. Sunday after the show @Tempest I ended up next to John Riggs and an American Gladiator (Tower) at the hotel bar. What a great weekend all around! Final note, maybe @Albert will come back someday. I've probably only mentioned this every year for the last 10 or so. 🙂 Interestingly the way I found this site is because he was there in 2007 with a booth - so it's all his fault that I'm here.
  10. Sadly no way I can make the anniversary Jagfest - and I was at the '99 one. But I will go bug Carl @Songbird at the MGC in 3 weeks, and we can talk STL Battlehawks again as well.
  11. I know it's not what you're looking for, but I discovered an odd coincidence. Both of mine are Dec '94 from the same factory (M24C). One I bought NOS at one of those computer surplus sales around '98, and the other I bought loose around 12 years ago at a Vintage Stock. So about 14 years apart. Just seemed kind of weird!
  12. Ah, I bought my player years ago from ebay with some games bundled. I apologize for my incorrect assumption!
  13. I also figured everyone with a Nuon already has Tempest 3000.
