  1. Yea, if you could find one of those. I was thinking of a CD-ROM too.
  2. I was thinking a 1800XLD due to the number of things I had planned for it but we will see.
  3. I've been farting around with making a 1450XLD LIKE machine. I say like because I have 2 1200XL's and I'm not cutting them to make this. So I ended up using a 800XL that was broke. Not sure how it will turn out but we will see.
  4. Thanks brenski, I think those dimensions are very close if not spot on. I think trying to make a mass case would never happen. Even 3d printed ones would be pretty hard. The plastic texture for one would be different for one thing and you would need a big printer to print that case. This has been talked about before.
  5. Hey guys, Anyone have the dimensions of a 1450XLD? I can't find them anywhere.
  6. I did see that link but and correct me if I'm wrong, no one made any of these for sale.
  7. No I don't want to put a pi in it, I have a laptop motherboard I'd like to put in but I want to use the original Atari keyboard if possible. Then it will be a PC with Atar8 ans ST emulation.
  8. Sorry, it's not a USB version but a Raspberry Pi 65XE. https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/TynemouthSoftware
  9. Anyone know of a adapter to make a 1200XL keyboard work as a USB? I have seen 65XE's but not for the 1200XL. Oh, I know I can wire it right to a doner usb keyboard interface but I was trying to avoid all the mapping and wiring like the guy who did it to a 800XL..
  10. I'll take one, possibly 2 depending on the price.
  11. Thanks guys, I thought thats what it was. It's taking one of the slots so it doesn't have the full 48K of memory.
  12. I found this board in a Atari 800 I had in the attic. It was in the last slot of the computer. Does anyone know what this is? I couldn't find any information on the web about it. I think it might be a clock card. I have no software for it.
  13. I would like to know how the hinge was made?
  14. Maybe if we get enough poeple together, someone will make them for us.
