Came across several atari items this weekend while garage saleing, an atari 5200 with around 8-10 games or so with both controllers and trackball controller, 2 atari 2600s with several games, an atari rainbow system 2600, an atari jaguar system with 10 games or so with the boxes,too bad the boxes are trashed, I havent tested anything out yet, but it was a cheap find. just thought Id let you guys know.....

Sold a parasite eve game to socal_industries_09. Feb 27, shipped it Mar 4, he claimed he never got the game, like a dumbass I didnt put a tracking number on it. I thought he was being honest and gave him a refund. I checked out his completed items and he sold my game on Mar 21, he listed it mar 14. My game was missing the demo disc, the game he sold was ALSo missing the demo disc. Coincidence? I think not. Just BEWARE of this guy.

GOd, what should I do, kids college fund? video games? new house? video games?

lol! I do realize that contacting an idiot about an idiotic listing is an exercise in futility but I am actually kinda curious to read the reaction and post it just for laughs. I also think that this stands as a warning to the newer members among us who are here to learn about the hobby and what to watch out for and be weary of. It is also a lesson to the ebay savvy among us who may be enticed to put up auctions to cash in on the general stupidity of others and this shows exactly how NOT to go about it. This is textbook idiocy and hopefully it will amuse and inform I for one am amused! I can't wait for his response. I just sold my FF X PS@ Black for 91.00, had it listed for 20 mins. final fantasy I bet His $350 asking price, Helped you quite a bit. Good time to list it. Made it look like yours was a bargin. I bet it did, I just figured, HELL, why not,IM gonna list it, NEVER thought I would get that price for it.

thats exactly what i thought about it, i was thinking 40-50 dollars at the highest , maybe a little more with the right people bidding. I have heard of a Final Fantasy game being collectible due to the particular label release. I think it is the original FFVII has a misprinted label, some spelling errors or something and I have seen sealed or mint condition versions sell for like $75 on ebay. I googled around a bit and found this thread asking pretty much the same thing: thanks for the info on this http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=173033 and coming to pretty much the same conclusions. let's see what this auction does. I bet it does not sell but perhaps if the seller had balls and listed it at $1 to start it would get bid up to maybe $100 or so stupid is as stupid does
