Here is the Fireman prototype, note 2 EPROMs, no year but I might guess May '84 and someone wrote FireMEN on the sticker.

Bought this item recently:

Vendor put cartridge and manual inside plastic surrounded with tape inside an envelope. Guess what? Came crushed.

When I look at this it looks like its one of those Global Shipping Program repackaging jobs, that Pitney Bowes outfit is notorious for that. Unless you have already verified it, the seller might have used a box then the global shipping asshats repackaged it in that mailer.   I have heard of a lot of stories like that. To maximize profits they minimize packaging and size.

all the good cv stuff is made in USA

I'd be interested to hear from a couple others on that. What say you - Luc, Jean-Francois, Daniel, Martijn, Philipp, Dale, Gerry, Marc, Harvey?

We saw CBS versions in stores here in Canada as well as black and white labels and I think later in the mid-80's  there was a lot of mixing and matching to clear out stock.

Why is shipping 12.00 for one game on Collectorvisions website? seems a bit high

I almost swallowed my gum. Yes $12 is at cost for international shipping.  On the other foot we in Canada get RAPED on Ebay for shipping here from the US to the point I hardly look there any more.

These are daily examples of what we face:

I am blown away to read this today. Of course my special interest is with the Fireman section, totally awesome to see the Intellivision screen shots. Interesting about the ability to "request" ladders, bridges, tools, etc.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing this document.
