  1. That would be awesome!!!! ................................................................................ .............. I think the Japanese Hyper 64 Candy Cab has an LCD monitor on the top of it that-the game playing plays on that screen also-for the people standing behind the player to see.. I also think it may have been used to show via camera a player on a linked up machine(Just thinking of anything I have seen of similarity) I saw something on TV where Japan made a small(paper thin) flexable TV screen this is in the same size as the bulbs in an MVS cab..
  2. You just have to de-solder the old bulbs two small solder points each bulb and pull them off the back board.they are sticky glued on. Then put the replacements in,stick them on and solder the two small posts for each.. I used to have a picture tutorial folder but it went with my old computer(blew out) I've been working with the originals for years..I used to buy up all the light boards I'd find(one two good bulbs) and put them all on a 4-6 slot back board and sell them Both my Big Red 4 Slot and Two slot woody have good original bulbs in them..I have found breaks in the lines on some bulbs and repaired them..You have to press around the sides of the bulbs and see if they come on.. When the replacements came out I and another member worked with Ed to get them right(I send him parts to duplicate) But Ed is.....not reliable.. I did a replacement job for a friend of mine/lives in another state...he bought 4 replacement bulbs from Ed(it took awhile to get)..He sent me all the stuff and I installed the replacements..He had tried to install them himself but isn't used to doing that type stuff so he messed up the wires to the bulbs. I fixed them.. When you first turn them on they give off a burning smell but it's normal... I sent the stuff back to my friend and they still work in his 4 slot.. I did it for free because I wanted to see just what they look like and how they work..They are amazing.... I was hoping maybe Ed might want to work something out.. I'd install them if I had stock of them....I can't install them, one be bad and not be able to replace it without having some in stock.. Again,Ed is impossible to contact so I gave up I don't have a replacement set myself.. I'm curious of the Ebay bulbs..They may be able to be cut,add two wires and your set.

  4. Yes,yes.. I went there last year and loved the Claasic arcade games they had there.Especially the old EM pinball machines. You couldn't get me out of the arcade..(it was baking hot too) Dragon's Lair blew me away. I have some pictures saved somewhere of the Arcade..I'll post them up if I can find them..
