  1. I'm on the board early - 63025 on my first go. Word of advice for single stickers like myself: just hold the button down as you move!
  2. Ok, finally got a couple of games in: Best score: 41480 Best 1st man: 12620 That's also my score for best first man on first screen - I had just a few pellets at the top to get but I got caught LOL
  3. OK, on the board with(edited since I don't see my name on the updated table so far): First level: 18000 First man: 13400 High Score: 38100 I can get to the 2nd screen on level 2 really easily, but the birds move so fast and it's so hard to judge I keep dying like crazy. I'm using a file version but I'm not sure where it's from exactly, it's just one I would have had in my collection. I'm going to try the Homesoft one and if it's any different I'll let you know.
  4. This is helpful as I almost picked a game we had played, but had forgotten!
  5. There is! I don't have the list handy but there was a run on 2600 ports last year, with Frostbite being one of them. I'm sure the xex is in Fandals site though.
  6. It might be wrong but I had to include a 2600 port in my list of 10 anyway (Frostbite), as I just love that game! It's one I missed when it was first released on the VCS but discovered in university by watching a roommate play it. Such a great little game and good HSC fodder IMO (could be paired with other winter themed games). My list, in alpha order: Boulder Dash Cosmic Tunnels Fort Apocalypse Frostbite Jumpman/Jr. Kennedy Approach Lode Runner Quasimodo Yoomp! Zenji
  7. Agreed - I've never considered writing down the metrics from each round like that. Makes for good reading!
  8. Just sliding in at the last moment, as always! 12930 Made it to level D, which I read above was the hardest. Makes total sense to me!
  9. Sneaking in late! Missile Command: 98745 1st two levels: 2235 Missile Command+: 67020 Like a lot of people I'm sure there's not a lot of time at this time of the year for gaming but I'm glad I snuck enough time in to get on the board. With more time I'm sure I could top 100k in the main game but it is what it is.
  10. BUNNY HOP: finished level 20 BREAK IT 2022: 172820 ARCADIA: 3317 PAC-MAN EVOLUTION: 19360 DYE HERITAGE EDITON: finished level 3 RETRO DSCHUMP MOON QUEST SCHRAENKER II TRAX: 1310, but I couldn't figure out how to leave level 1 LOL BINARY PARASITE: finished demo BATTLE OF ERIS: 410 DARK KEEP: I played this one, but seemed to have deleted my pic! Made it down a few levels and quit. SCHRAENKER I: 900
  11. I just want to get my list of games in: BUNNY HOP: finished level 20 BREAK IT 2022: 172820 ARCADIA: 3317 PAC-MAN EVOLUTION: 19360 DYE HERITAGE EDITON: finished level 3 RETRO DSCHUMP MOON QUEST SCHRAENKER II TRAX BINARY PARASITE: finished demo BATTLE OF ERIS: 410 DARK KEEP: I played this one, but seemed to have deleted my pic! Made it down a few levels and quit. SCHRAENKER I: 900 I'm playing everything on my 1200XL, which is an NTSC machine (me being in Canada and all ). I'm assuming Battle of Eris is PAL only (or I downloaded wrong xex) as it was jumping around and very flaky for me. So far I'd have to say my favourite games have been Bunny Hop and Binary Parasite. I did really like Schraenker too.
  12. I gave Binary Parasite a spin (downloaded it from Fandal here) and it looks like it's only a demo with a few levels. I went to matosimi.atari.org to see about the final version but couldn't find it there (he's got two other games listed, so maybe he just hasn't had time to put it up yet). Very fun puzzler though - I look forward to the full release!
  13. Thank you again for the extension! This morning was essentially the last time I had to play and I finally got a game in with at least a non-zero score LOL Starting: 10,000 Ending: 14,200 Bought a marshmallow sensor this time which helped identify that first attack. Then basically just spammed the b button until Zuul. LOL I did grab a diff version from Homesoft and never had it crash on me, so either the original file I had was bad or I was just unlucky that first run.
  14. TRBB said on the weekend sometime that it was ending Tuesday not today. So I'm still good! Ish LOL
  15. Dammit I played just now on a break. Started at 10k. Caught a few ghosts, was up to $6200, and the game crashed. So no picture but at least that puts me on the board for now. I'm going to try another xex unless the problem was the fact it was an xex and not an atr image? I'm still planning on playing to finish. It obviously is just one of those games where you need a good chunk of time and I haven't had that lately. But I do remember playing this as a teen, I'm pretty sure my starting setup is exactly the same even LOL EDIT: Maybe I should have stuck with my crash LOL. I finished the game with a 10k start and a 0k finish. I managed so save one Marshmallow Man disaster but got hit but like 4 more LOL
