  1. I'm already in touch in with him to get the save copied, I probably should have posted in this thread to let you guys know. Regardless, thanks for the help!
  2. Awesome advice, thank you so much! I think I am leaning towards the A1200 at this point, so I'll keep an eye out for one like you described. I'm good to go on the monitor, fortunately, I'll be using a Sony PVM with SCART RGB most likely. The FPGA based systems do sound pretty cool, but I feel like I might as well use WinUAE if I were going to enjoy the games that way. Systems like the Minimg still have their benefits and I'm glad they exist, but I am interested in the original Amiga hardware as well and would definitely like to explore it more.
  3. I'd like to purchase an A500 or A1200 for gaming. I don't know much about the hardware, and I'm finding it difficult to find systems for sale (plus I'm not 100% sure what I want). I think I would want either a PAL A500 (with an ECS chipset or newer) or a PAL A1200. I have a multiscan monitor that will support 50 Hz and 60 Hz video modes and a step up/down transformer for European power supplies. Optionally I'd also like some sort of CF or HDD solution instead of using floppies. Not too clear on my options there either, but I would be interested in hearing more. Let me know by posting here/PMing me/e-mailing at spikethevote@yahoo.com if you have something for sale, or if you have some information/websites that could help me get started. Thanks!
  4. Hiya, how many players does this support? Just wondering since the NES had 4 players even though the arcade version is only 3 at once. Thanks!
  5. Awesome, thanks and lemme know if you find it!
  6. I'm looking to buy (or trade) for a Sega Saturn Mouse and the Netlink Keyboard Adapter so I can play some Saturn Duke Nukem 3D through the Netlink. Let me know through this topic or PMs if you have either available. Thanks!
  7. Yup, it was on a 7800, my bad. No Bugs for Babs, then!
  8. Great work, babz! I uploaded a video sample of the game running on the Harmony cartridge: There's some graphical glitches, but it's still very playable and the music sounds great! Maybe ask Buster Bunny if he can help you iron out those last few Bugs.
  9. There's some good pics here thanks to Redline9 of the Racketboy forums: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=337045#p337045 He continues on the next page so check those out too! Things have changed a bit from what I can gather from people's posts, and Al has promised even greater developments, but even in these early stages it's looking fantastic.
  10. I'd be interested to hear about this as well. The arcade sounds great, hopefully I'll be visiting it in January.
  11. Looking forward to having some good diagonals on these, I've been busy as of late but I still think about these controllers from time to time. Having better buttons is a plus for rapid fire! Thanks again for continuing to look into it, jaybird3rd.
  12. Is there any solution like this for the 7800? Or can this board already be installed on 7800s as well?
  13. I'd love to be able to do RGB from my 7800. Is there an NTSC RGB solution? I have a Sony PVM and have my Genesis and Sega Saturn hooked up via analog RGB. I'm assuming the PAL 7800 wouldn't work on that monitor, plus I don't have any PAL games (except for PAL 2600 ROMs on the Harmony cartridge). Is there an RGB solution for people in the US? Could a SCART PAL 7800 be modded to work with NTSC games? Just curious what the options are.
  14. Cool stuff, my cousin lives in Moore, OK which is about 2 hours away from where they held it last year. I might drive up to visit him and maybe we can work an OVGE road trip in there.
  15. OHHHHH I saw a picture of your fighting game exhibit (with Zangief signs, right?!), it looked awesome! I'll have to make it out to the 2010 show in that case, I love random fighting game tournaments.
