  1. Yeah i cleaned it up and the uniot powered up.thanks a bunch, the D-pad is all overthe place though, keeps wanting to go down so im guessing that its the same problem,im gonna get into it and clean it when i get the chance but at least there both working, thanks for the advice i checked your site too, some nice stuff there ive got a 2600 and a n64 so when i get bored of what ive go i know where to look now
  2. lol not sure how or why but i just took the back cover off one of them (left batteries in silly me), and away she went, the other one doesnt seem to wanna play ball yet (i tried batteries/rechargy/powerpack,nothing all with and without game.confused big as to why the cover would make the first one go but im not complaining. any ideas on the other
  3. hi im new here, ive had a pair of lynx II's since i was a kid. and decided to pull them out and give them a spin,to my dismay neither of them seem to want to work.Im fairly good with electronics and i was wondering if anyone had any ideas as to what the problem could be, ive read a few threads about blown mosfets and caps, but that doesnt seem to make sense since the worked when i put them away(albeit a few years age).i was thinking more likley that some of the caps have dried out but wouldnt know where to start looking or if i should even bother with them and buy another.
