Does anyone know who the illustrator was who did the Atari box illustrations? I am speaking of the series of boxes that were colored differently depending on the game, and that had white lettering across the top. I am looking at an old ad from 1982 electronic games magazine that has many of Atari's titles in them, and I think the same illustrator did art for Basic Programming, Video Checkers, Combat, Codebreaker, Warlords, Haunted House, Video Chess, and a few more.
Being an illustration student myself, I wish to know who did these, so I can find more pieces of his work. To my best guess I believe it may be the work of a rather prominent sports illustrator named Bart Forbes, but on Mr. Forbes' rather small site he says nothing of this work.
I know this may be a rather obscure question, but if anyone knows the answer or where to look I would be very appreciative.
