  1. Well, a mint one would be worth a lot more than yours Yours is worth about $20. Whats considered Mint to you and others on this board because after I wiped it off with a nice big clean rag it looks like its brand new, no scratches or worn off paint decals all look great as well. The picture shown shows some dirt on it and such prior to me cleaning it. I consider 'mint' to be sealed in box (never opened). I never heard of Mint meaning NEW in the Box. Why would they call it mint if it's new? Mint condition is an expression used in the description of pre-owned goods thats in like new condition.
  2. I would like to thank you all for all your comments, all are a big help!!! Thanks

  4. I would like to sell it because I have 2 now lol... Thanks...
  5. Everything seems to fit perfectly (the mounting area on the bottom fits the rubber grips on the bottom of the Atari like a glove so I would think it was made for it for sure.) I should have taken a picture with the system in the case as well but didn't think about it. I've looked everywhere for this cases maker and cant find anything. Thank you...
  6. lol, Thanks for your support and the laugh....
  7. I had purchased at a garage sale a bunch of stuff for $15.00 and that has started my current quest. Look at all my posts and you can see what all I got for that $15.00 and most of it is on ebay except the 2600 and the case. Please by all means don't hate me after reviewing my posts and the arguments that happened on the posts. I was very new to this type stuff and made a few people unhappy with my spam posts. "I didn't know I was doing anything wrong". In any case check out my posts and you will see all the stuff I got. Thanks
  8. Theres a rare guide for the 2600, 5200, 7800, Jag and the Lynx but nothing for the 8bit 400/800's. is it because there may not be enough interest. Someone please school me on this issue. Thanks...
  9. Thank you for answers all are appreciated........
  10. Was this a good deal or about average? I paid $10.50 + $11.45 for shipping $21.95 total on ebay. THIS AUCTION WAS FOR A LOT OF ATARI ACCESSORIES AND GAMES. THERE ARE TWO PADDLE CONTROLLERS, TWO RACE CAR CONTROLLERS, AND TWO JOY STICKS. THE GAMES ARE SUPER BREAKOUT, SPACE INVADERS, HAUNTED HOUSE, COMBAT, RACE, CASINO AND VIDEO PINBALL. ALL OF THE GAMES BUT ONE ARE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXES WITH PAPERWORK. THERE IS AN ATARI POWER CORD INCLUDED.
  11. There is no rule. Its called etiquette. To me (and many others I expect) it looks like you are trying to direct AtariAge traffic at your auctions so you raise their profile to get more money. Whilst doing it under the pretext of an "interest check" on their value. If a game has legitimate bids on it and you pull it because its not reaching what you want thats also considered pretty poor etiquette around here too. Its your mistake that you let it go for a low bid and not the bidders. So you take it on the chin, learn from your mistakes and move on. Your Hubris out proceeds you Sir. Good luck in your future endeavors ................
  12. Thank you for your reply. Even a little help goes a long way. :-)
  13. If this was a genuine interest check on the value of your Atari items you wouldn't have put them on eBay first and then spammed the forum with links to them second. There is no point getting opinions on prices when the auctions are underway. If you look at the time and date stamp on the first post in this thread it was created by you earlier today. Thats the reason why people are annoyed with you. Is there a rule as to when I should ask for a genuine opinion or help in regards to pricing? I mean seriously, think about what you are saying. Also, if you notice I did not become a member of these forums until a few days after posting my listing on ebay, so as for your remark it is unfounded and I'm not trying what you think I'm trying.I found this site by trying to search out Prices for these items! (by the way I am new to the Vintage Atari buying, selling and collecting game.) All that I'm asking is what these are worth in todays market. If someone says the market on Atari has crashed and the Rare Bounty Bob is only fetching around $100 then I know I'm doing ok with that auction but if someone were to say it's worth $1000 and my current bid is only $80 then well there is a problem and I will take that off ebay. Do you understand what I'm asking now? If so great, if not, I don't know what to tell you. Good Day!
