Feel free to talk about any of From Software's "Soulsborne" games (Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and anything else that eventually comes out). Anything Souls-inspired seems like it should fit here as well.
I personally finished Dark Souls 1 for the first time about a year and a half ago. It was a troublesome experience that I didn't warm up to until the Remaster came out last year, where it finally "clicked" (maybe it was that framerate boost). I have since finished Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin and Dark Souls III (well, mostly, as I still have to wrap up the DLC for both). I just began Demon's Souls for the first time about two weeks ago. Let's just say, of all the ones I have played, I have some especially choice words for that one (I'll try to elaborate later).
This is probably a long shot but I'm going to post anyway. I've been slapping together some retro PC builds lately and am looking for a 90's or early 2000's era CRT PC monitor (VGA). I'm open to anything, but I'd love a 17" (19" would be even sweeter). I would consider purchasing outright, or if you're looking to simply donate one just to make some space, there's that too. I'm in the DC-Metro area and could come by to pick it up. Open to having one shipped (in case someone else outside my area reads this), but from what I understand that's not cheap and not entirely reliable either.
Just wanted to let people know that there is another alternative Switch dock on the market now (hell, it's probably been available for a while and I just didn't know, but I don't see people talking about it). I picked one up today as the price was right--just $35 as opposed to $60 for the official Nintendo dock. This one doesn't have an Ethernet port and lacks a second USB port, but it still does everything else. All accessories come included in the box too, including a HDMI cable and AC adapter. For the last couple of months I've been moving my official dock from room to room and now I won't have to do that anymore. Based on my use with it, the Insignia dock seems pretty decent. It has some heft to it yet has a lower profile and doesn't take up as much space.
