  1. I recently picked up a 3DO FZ-1 and while it is in the original box, it does not have the inserts and original manuals. I know this is a stab in the dark but does anyone have these out there? I am also looking toi grow my 3DO game collection. Looking for games in their original longbox. Shoot me a PM if you have any 3DO stuff you are looking to get rid of.
  2. Does anyone have any spare RF cables for the Atari/INTV/etc that go from the system to the coax adapter? I am out and could use a couple. Please let me know, thank you - Ken
  3. Two found in NJ - definitely not the same one.
  4. I own a retro video game store in central NJ (YESTERcades) and the cool thing is that not only do we have arcade games & pinball machines but we also have three flatscreens with every type of system available. Of course, one of the systems is the Intellivision. We recently started buying & trading classic consoles and games and I had the opportunity to pick this gem up. I didn't know all that much about it first but I have learned that there are not too many of these around anymore. I am probably going to hold on to this for a little bit and put it in our display case for its coolness factor, but I thought you guys would be thrilled to check it out... - Ken

  7. I recently opened a retro arcade in Central NJ and am offering customers an Atari 2600 to play. Unfortunately with the collection I picked up, all but ONE Activision game work (I have tried everything: 4 different 2600s that play my Activision games fine), my Colecovision Atari adapter, even a 7800 console. I also tried to clean these like crazy - nothing works. I am in need of a bunch of these games at a REASONABLE price. I prefer to buy them all in a lot, and thought you guys would be the best bet. The games I am looking for are: - Pitfall! - Megamania - Barnstorming - Chopper Command - Enduro - Kaboom! - Freeway - Keystone Kapers - River Raid - Decathlon - Boxing - Oink! - Crackpots - Frostbite - Pressure Cooker - Robot Tank - Skiing - Stampede I am also open to other games as well. Please PM me with whatever you guys may have. Thank you in advance
  8. I will definitely keep everyone posted about the opening. I hope to be open in the next couple weeks. I really hope YesterCades brings back fond memories of that Golden Age gone-by. So far, I know it has for me! Looking forward to sharing it with everyone soon!!!
  9. Simpsons, TMNT, WWF Royal Rumble, and Afterburner are all machines you will find at YesterCades
  10. Would it be illegal? What about those ultracades that you see here and there at different places? I thought about getting one of them but I am torn - I prefer the originals to emulated or MAME cabinets. For example, the original Super Mario I feel is best played on the NES - played on the Wii, it just doesn't feel the same. Am I the only one who feels this way?
  11. You guys certainly hit on some of the ones I have. Some of the ones you hit on: Galaga, Galaxian, Tron, Time Pilot, Mr. Do, Mr. Do's Castle, Defender, Track & Field, Pole Position. I am always looking for more so if you guys hear of anyone looking to sell some stuff, keep me posted. I haven't completely moved in yet (still waiting for my permits to even lay carpeting), so I will know how many more machines I will be able to fit once I actually get everything in there. The website is currently being developed at www.yestercades.com. I hope to have it up and running in the next couple of weeks. I will definitely have a local scoreboard both in the venue and available online. What magazine is it that you run? I am certainly interested in industry news and keeping up to date with current trends and new stuff coming out. Thank you to everyone for all the kind words and words of encouragement and support. It really keeps me going and gives me a good feeling that I am doing the right thing.
  12. A lot of the classics mostly, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Mario Bros, Double Dragon, Frogger, Moon Patrol, Centipede, Millipede, Zaxxon, etc. There are also some more of the current classics like NBA Jam, Off Road, TMNT, Simpsons, Final Fight, Afterburner, etc. Are there any games you had in mind?
